What Reflexology can

Treat

A Reflexologist does not practice medicine and the treatment is not intended to diagnose or ‘cure’ instead it is used to stimulate the body’s natural healing process to help bring about balance and homeostasis.

Reflexology initiates a feeling of deep relaxation. As the cause of so many ailments is triggered by emotional and physical stress (leading to chronic inflammation), reflexology is therefore beneficial to many ailments. Your body has a blueprint to heal and when your stress levels are lowered your body can use its vital energy to focus on healing and bring about balance.

Everyone responds differently to Reflexology however I have seen some remarkable recoveries and improvements over time including in chronic migraines, back problems, insomnia, shoulder/neck problems, peripheral circulatory problems, plantar fasciitis, stress and anxiety to name but a few.
