I started receiving reflexology from Sally because of the menstrual cramps
and anxiety I was experiencing at the time.
After several sessions I began to notice the effects of reflexology reducing
those terrible pains that would normally have me in agony for the first couple
of days of my cycle, going from unable to function to being able to function!.

I would like to say a few words to recommend Green Reflexology. I had never had reflexology before and Sally made me feel very at ease with her manner. She asked me a few questions and took notes first.
Shortly into the session, I began to feel extremely relaxed, I may have even fallen asleep for a short while. When the session ended, I felt so incredibly peaceful, like I’d just had the most amazing meditation.
On my second session a week or two later, Sally had made a cream with different oils for my feet that was just for me, explaining that she had chosen the ingredients based on her notes from our first session. She also chose a blend of oils to steam away in the humidifier during our session.
Wow, again I felt blown away and so completely relaxed. It had such an amazing effect on my mood for the rest of the day. I also had an unusually long sleep that night.
After my third session, I realised that I was sleeping so much better in general. I hadn’t realised how badly I had been sleeping before I began these sessions. Sally also made me my own blend of oils for my humidifier at home, which never fails to calm me down, no matter how frustrating my day may have been. It’s like Sally somehow tunes into what you need. I know that she continuously learns about the oils she uses. At the moment she’s studying about their energy and auras with Salvatore Battaglia.
It was only after missing a few weeks of sessions that I realised how the reflexology is keeping my whole system in check and feeling over all more balanced.
I not only highly recommend Sally but most also warn you that it may become addictive!
